Colombian style cornmeal dough with chicken, pork, vegetables and salsa, enveloped and steamed in a banana leaf.
Ingredients: chicken, pork, carrots, potato, peas, tomato, capsicum, shallots, onions, salt, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric.
